Psychotherapy
Deeper work, at a pace you can hold.
Online psychotherapy in English for adults in Lithuania and internationally. Psychotherapy is for when you want to look deeper, at the feelings, reactions and relationships that shape your life, and give that the time it needs.

Online psychotherapy is regular one-to-one work in which you look at the feelings, reactions and relationships that shape your life. Danijela Marić is a Gestalt psychotherapist whose qualification is recognised in Lithuania. A session lasts 60 minutes, costs €80, takes place on Zoom in English or Croatian, and the first 15 minute conversation is free.
What brings people to psychotherapy.
You do not need a clear name for what is wrong. Most people come because something has lasted too long, or keeps coming back.
- Anxiety and stress: constant tension, worrying thoughts, a body that cannot switch off
- Trauma: experiences that still echo long after they are over
- Relationships: the same conflicts, distance or hurt, again and again
- Boundaries and self-worth: saying yes when you mean no, harsh self-criticism
- Life changes: loss, a move, the end of a relationship, a new role
What the work looks like.
We meet online via Zoom for one-to-one psychotherapy in English, at a regular rhythm we agree on together. The first sessions are about understanding what is going on and what you would like to change.
Then we work with what comes up: what you feel, think and do, how you react in relationships, and what your body is telling you. We do not only talk about a problem, we look at how it happens, sometimes right there in the session. That is where change becomes possible.
You set the pace. You can say no to anything, and I will tell you honestly what I notice. Psychotherapy often takes longer than counselling because it goes deeper, but the goal stays the same: that one day you no longer need it.
Who you will work with.
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, and my qualification is recognised in Lithuania. More about my path.
Psychotherapy does not replace medical care. If you need a diagnosis or medication, a doctor or psychiatrist should be part of the picture, and we can work alongside them. If you are in crisis, call 112 or your local emergency number.
